The Whitman desk lamp is informed by the classic Emeralite lamp (more commonly known as the Banker’s Lamp), circa 1909. The Stone and Dove lamp adds layers of complexity with a more organic shade shape, hand slumped and cut artisan glass, and our signature all wood construction. The shade swivels to direct the light. Woods used are cherry and walnut. The glass in the Kelly Green over Sky Blue option is more vibrant while the Columbia Blue over Emerald shade is more muted.

A turned walnut pen accompanies each lamp.

NOTE: This item requires an additional week for delivery to allow time for the construction of a custom wood box with internal framing.

All lamps use standard medium base bulb sockets and are designed for easy bulb replacement. Each has a rotary dimmer and comes with a bulb carefully selected for that particular lamp.

All electrical components are UL listed for peace of mind.

Each lamp is produced using sustainable domestic hardwoods such as maple, cherry and walnut. The finish produces no hazardous off-gassing during curing.
